Insurance Policy Rules

1. Proof of Liability Insurance

  • Requirement: Proof of liability insurance is mandatory.
  • Deadline: Insurance documentation must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the commencement of the Term.
  • Submission: The Producer must provide Space and Light Digital with a certificate of insurance and endorsement.
  •  

2. Additional Insured

  • Naming: The certificate of insurance and endorsement must name Space and Light Digital as an additional insured.
  • Submission Method: The Producer shall email the certificate of insurance and endorsement to [email protected].

3. Minimum Insurance Coverage

The Producer must ensure the following minimum levels of coverage in the certificate of insurance:

  • Commercial Liability Insurance:
    • Minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
    • Minimum of $3,000,000 aggregate.
  • Additional Insured Requirement: Space and Light Digital must be named as an additional insured.

4. Producer’s Responsibility

  • Liability for Damages: The Producer assumes full responsibility and liability for any and all damages to the Studio and the surrounding site.

By adhering to these rules, the Producer ensures compliance with the insurance requirements set forth by Space and Light Digital.

If you do not have insurance coverage, please reach out to Thimble to request the amount and duration of coverage you need for your policy.

Requirements:

  • Request Timeline: Make your insurance request at least 72 hours before booking your shoot.
  • Submission Hours: You must email or drop off a copy of your insurance policy in person between 10 AM – 4 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
  • Submission Address: Present a copy to Space and Light Digital via email or in person.
